Mail order eggs

Hey y'all!! I've got 15 eggs on the way

What's your best mailed egg advice on incubating? I've heard about letting them sit for 24 hours prior to incubation. Is there anything else? I've successfully incubated and hatched local eggs but this is my second time trying mailed eggs and I really really want it to be a moderate success! Thanks in advance

7 confirmed developing eggs!!! 2 are questionable 1 was a dud and 5 crushed by usps. Lookin pretty good!
