Hello, who doesn't love Maine Coons? They're just fancy fluffballs.

My Maine Coon is a smaller one, she's currently 9lbs at 4yrs, she was 6lbs at 4 months. She was adopted.
Her name is Mystery, & she has a weird obsession with plastic bags, & gravy:lau.
She pulls her fur out when stressed. This first started after she came home from being spayed. She was super fluffy at the beginning, but is less fluff since the vets, & Fleas.
She's starting to become very fluffy again. She's due for another flea drop.

Are they good mousers? I'm looking into getting barn cats and they could be the breed/type I get.
They're bred for mousing. Mine tried to get a shrew the other day. It got stuck in a spot where she couldn't get it, so I had to help. I killed it.

For a barn cat, I would recommend a shelter cat. Maine coons are crazy expensive and are indoor cats.
I got mine at the shelter. Still spent an arm, & a leg for her. They had another one too, a huge orange, & white male, thinking they must've been siblings.

If you got her at a shelter, she isn't purebred. But still as gorgeous!! I adopted a cat from a shelter, it is a pain. Give me a sec to find a picture of an MC so we can compare.
