Maintaining Heritage Turkeys

Good Morning All!
I am researching how to raise heritage turkeys. We are getting a trio of bourbon reds tomorrow! I was wondering what everyone feeds their birds once that are mature to maintain the body condition they are at.
Any other tips about heritage turkeys are much appreciated!

I feed mine a 20% protein all flock with free choice oyster shell on the side.
