Maintenance Feed for Heritage Breeds

I am raising Ridley Bronze in Canada and I can't find any "maintenance" turkey feed. Everything is geared toward fast growing. I am currently feeding a chicken layer mix but I'm not sure this is the right thing to do.

Grower and finisher is the main two sold as turkey food.
Finisher has less protein.
There is also a game and heritage feed available.
You can also feed them whole grains.
Mine have one feeder of pellets.
One feeder of rolled oats.
And they get daily whole corn kernels through around as scratch.
They eat just as much oats as pellets.
