I had just candled all of my 5-6 day old eggs and removed the ones that weren't developing and because I was lifting the lid, I turned the heater back on to compensate.... Well, I forgot to turn the heater off on my incubator and the temp got up to 120 degrees. It is possible that it was like that for upwards of 4 hours when I went back to check.

Ugh I'm so mad at myself. Should I get rid of all 38 of my eggs and start over at this point or is there a chance some may have survived?

I would call those coddled eggs and not viable. For that duration of time, at that stage of incubation, any that may survive would likely be seriously compromised developmentally (like face, feathers, toes). I think it would be more humane to chill them and kill them.
