Making a change for the better!

I am right there with you. Started three weeks ago. Got rid of sugar, flour and yeast. The cravings are gone and we are well settled into our new lifestyle. Have gone to organic as much as possible. Have added in the cancer fighters of garlic, onion,tumeric, green tea, omega 3. Life tastes great. I now take my lunch to work and the food bill about balances out with the cost of lunch i was buying now going toward healthier food.

Exercise, cut carbohydrates, stick with it and you will be amazed at how the weight drops off. Congratulations on your start and best wishes for less of you and husband.
