Making a chicken molt?

I have Speckled Sussex and she will not molt. She is over a year now and no molt. Her neck feathers are all broken from sticking her head thru the wire on the run. Other than restricting her feed is there any way to get her to molt?

if you lower the amount of hours of light that may also trigger a molt.
