Making a diaper for D'uccle sized bird?

I have to do a demonstration for 4H, so I am going to use my pheasant, but I will need to make a diaper for him, he is the size of a D'uccle about, so I HAVE to make one so he doesn't poop all over (it is in a church!), so any ideas?

Please help even if you don't have pheasants!

BUT! I'm thinking about doin that to one of my hens and bringing her in to absorb all that warmth
