I need to make a dust box that has a cover so blowing snow and rain can't get in. At one time I found someone who had made one from a plastic storage bin. I believe they cut a hole in it. Any advise?

Quote:enclosed litter boxes work great, but if you put a tarp over your pen the snow and rain will stay out, especially if you put a tarp or 4 around the pen. we are doing this for winter, no way I want my babies in the cold wind and snow.
