Making friends with new additions

We brought home 3 new additions to our flock of 12-week pullets last week. We hand-raised the original 5, and they know us as their Mama/temporary roosting place/snack dispenser, etc. so they come running to us whenever we enter their yard. The new girls are generally terrified of us and run away or hide inside the coop when we enter their yard. Any advice on how to make friends with the new girls? We've been sitting in their yard with them every day, hand-feeding snacks, and being as non-threatening as possible, but none of the new girls will come anywhere near us, and the youngest completely freaks out if we even move in her direction. Other than time and lots of snacks, any suggestions on how we can make friends with the new kids?

I think time is the answer, right now everything is new and you know chickens “ everything’s scarey !” I’d be careful with treats because if you hold their own feed in your hand it will entice them the same .

It could easily take a few week for then to stop running and squeaking Good Luck

How old are they?
They are scared of you ....and the existing birds.
Did you just add them into the flock or integrate more slowly?
