Making homemade laying mash

hi we started this week with layers mash and i know you've had LOADS of replies but anyway

we used soaked wheat (soaked for 24 - 48 hours)
fine choped lettuce
sardines
brussel sprouts
grated carrot
spinach
whole corn kernals straight off the cob (get a corn cob and a knife and slide the knife down the cob to cut the kernals off the corn)
anything nutritional lol

we've got 15 chooks and 3 ducks to feed so it does add up but we are going to start growing our own carrots and lettuce so that could work ;-) enjoy

our chickens eat it all up and if you live in a cold calimate you can give them poridge of a morning to help them warm up - especially in winter as they start growing down feathers which takes lots of nutrients i hope that helped :)
