making meloxicam suspension / how long does it last?

i have 15 mg meloxicam pills

i crushed one and divided it into 5 equal piles, ( best i could)

-each pile is 3 mg

-my pekin is approx. 3 kg (6.5 lbs)

- dosage is .5 mg per kg

(she needs 1.5 mg per dose)

so i added 2 ml water to 3 mg meloxicam and gave her 1 ml of it

saving the other 1 ml for tomorrow

will it still be good after being suspended in water 24 hours?

I read this about a soluble form of Meloxicam:
"Meloxicam is easily molten and stable in meta-alkalescence solution, adds this type of aqueous co-solvent and soluble powder can be made to be dissolved in after in drinking-water, ensures its stability in 24 hours."

Otherwise, I'm thinking most everything like the vitamin and/or probiotic water, etc. all says use within 24 hours. I should think that'd be about the same.

Chubbs is doing very well with her daily meloxicam dose - she is walking better I’m only giving it to her in the morning. I figure she doesn’t have to walk around at night when she’s sleeping lol
that’s Chubbs with me in my pfp. My 6 years old rescued pekin I love her so much.
