Making my first egg heavy recipe with my eggs!

We will be eating the torte soon, fingers crossed. We usually have pizza on Friday, I didn’t eat any and I told my husband I was saving room for desert. since the torte has so many eggs, I feel it’s more nutritious than pizza hahaha.
 
Here it is, we ate it with whipped cream. I feel like the graham crust really cut the heaviness with some crunch in each bite. The spring pan cracked the edges a bit when I released it, I think it got a bit bent and doesn’t hold shape as well, but I plan to use it til it falls apart haha.
