making pond for moms birds

i originally made this trench to keep the coop from getting flooded too bad when it rained. but i thought of it and stared working on the pond.

this is the front of the trench in front of the coop

trench runs down hill on both sides of the coop.

then the run off collects where I'm making the pond.

I'm also thinking of putting a circulating pump at the bottom of the pond because the chickens like running water.

not only am i trying to make a pond but i am also planning a coop for my mom on mothers day.

its nice to relax and use a mouse to make stuff after useing a pickax.
