I'm a little late on this. My coop is 8x8 ft. Back is 8ft tall front closer to 10 ft. ALL of my roosts in my coop are removable. I have brackets fastened to wall and the roost slides in. I can pick it up and move it out of my way. I also use tree branches, cedar posts for roost. My run is 25x25 ft. The perches in it are all in the corners, again tree branches that are ziptied to the chainlink fence. I also have an old doghouse in center of run, with holes cut in all 4 sides. My feeders hang from the ceiling, with s hooks for easy removal also.
