Looking at one of the chicks through it's pip hole, I see what looks to be maybe a cross beak.

When it closes it's beak, it's kinked to the side still.

I hope it's beak is fine.

It's quite possible that it just had a very mild version of it. I had a cemani that had a slightly offset beak.

If it's mild, I maybe able to deal with it, but if it ends up being extreme, I may have to find it a home where someone will have the time to take care of it.
