Anyone have any info/input on Malays?

Depends on what kind of input you're looking for. The "Show Off Your Games" thread and my own "Oriental Game Fowl" thread have some pics and info on Malays. Not much, but it's something to start on.
If I'm not mistaken, Saladin (you'll find him on my thread or the Show Off Your Games thread) breeds bantam Malays and might be able to give you some info if you PM him.

Large fowl or bantams?

If Large fowl:

The real-deal Malays are coming extremely weak in the last decade or so. Very few breeders has resulted in a real downgrade to the breed. Many have tried to freshen up their Malay lines with Shamo: a real shame to both breeds.

Loads of problems that can only be solved with lots and lots of space with enormous hatches.

If you don't have acres for them to run free when between 8 weeks and 1 year then FIND ANOTHER BREED.
