Are American Seramas bigger than Malaysians?

They come in all the same size classes the Malaysians do: Class A, B, C, and Micro. They just don't have the weird posture. There are Serama threads on here about them.

Well it could work out but it would be best to keep them separate. First of all, the Seramas would probably pick on the quail and stress them out. This probably wouldn't be too much of an issue if they were raised together though. The quail can also get diseases from the chickens there are certain diseases that dont effect chickens but are deadly to quail.
