Male ameraucana?

Just wanted to confirm before giving this little one away. I'm thinking it's male, what do you guys think?

I believe this one hatched April 1st so that makes it like 9 weeks old I think.
 
Could go either way three rows doesnt mean cockerel...all pea combs are three rows if that was true the pullet i had that had three rows would of been a male but after culling def was a pullet

My experience with pea combs is that a tight single row of peas indicates a young hen. This is my splash ameraucana hen on the left and blue ameraucana hen on the right. They both have very compact peas.

compared to my male with the plump 3 rows of peas. It may not be a fool proof method of sexing so I appreciate the second look on the feathers.
