My male duck keep fighting and chaseing my female around can they kill each other

How many males and females do you have? Are they just going after one female duck or are they going after each other?

I have three males to two females i lost one of my females. But all three boys chase one of the females and then pick on each other

You have too many males. Usually you need 3+ females per male. You should separate the females out from the males till you figure out a solution to your male problem. Either sell them, cull them or get more females. My one male has 5 females and I couldn't imagine having less girls for him because they are all getting abused right now with lots of mating.
