Are you talking about a male guinea and a guinea hen? If so, why are you posting in the Ducks forum and not the Guinea Fowl forum?

If you are talking about a male guinea mating with a duck hen, I have no idea why a male guinea would do that but because a male guinea has only a vestigial penis it is not capable of the kind of penetration that a drake is capable.
