I have bronze big breasted, only a few, and haven't been doing this long - but my (VERY) limited experience is that the toms tend to spread their tails some and stand more upright, while the hens tend to stay lower to the ground, their tails tight.

and if that wasn't enough caveats, !!WARNING!! Anecdote based on small sample size!
