Can anyone help me with the gender of my 3 rhode island reds?
They are right around 4 months old now.

When they were hatched I thought they were all female now I'm thinking I have all males..

It looks to me like you might have 2 males and 1 female. I have the same trouble but now one of the males does his cockadoodle doo too much and I need help finding him a good home if you have any suggestions, I would appreciate it. You can tell by the tallness of the crown and the flaps under the chin. let me know if I can be of any other help.

They all look like pullets. Their combs are supposed to start turning red at 4 months old. A cockerel would have obvious male feathering by then. This is my 16 week old Easter Egger cockerel to give you an idea of what a male would look like at that age. Notice the long, flowing hackle feathers and the thin, long, shiny saddle feathers. Your birds are clearly lacking these male only feathers.

I'm going to disagree with @junebuggena (wow, hell must have frozen over) - the two birds in back are not showing blatant saddle/hackle feathers as of yet - but they are showing dark, glossy patches in the body feathering vs. the nice, consistent feathering qualities seen in pullets.
OP - when you say "right around 4 months" - how many weeks old are these birds? I have learned that one person's idea of 4 months and anothers can often be off by 2-3 weeks and that matters a whole lot in evaluating a birds gender characteristics.

Two in back are cocks, I see sickle feathers. Front is definitely a pullet.

So.I apparently am 1 of those people who are way off on the guessing of the age.. I went back and fourth d their hatching video. That was April.8th. So they are only 2.5 months old (way off from my origional.4 month guess I am SO sorry )

I'm not exactly sure what to look for so here's a better/closer picture of them. Not sure if this will.help

Again really sorry I was wrong on how old.they are they were hatched april.8th so only 2.5 months old not 4.

Pullets don't start turning red in the comb until they are almost ready to lay eggs, usually around 14 to 18 week old. If a bird under 10 weeks old has a bright red comb, it is male.
