Male or female rouens?

Hi, I was wondering if my rouens are females or males, I heard you can tell by the beak color, but I want to know what you guys think, they are about 10 weeks old, also I was thinking of keeping them for eggs, if there are any females in my flock when can I expect them to start laying?

I circled and numbered each of their beaks to identify them easier, I thought 1 was male and the other rouens were females, but any thoughts
