Male or female silkies?

Black (Bats)with buff leakage through neck and back approx 11 weeks. Has a flat but wide comb

White (meeva) approx 7 weeks old. Also has a flat but wide comb.

I also have 2 other black silkies that have a thin but tall comb

The Patrige may be a roo but not sure!
The white Silkie may be a hen almost positive
