Male or female? What breed?

It looks like a female but it is way larger than the rest of my hens. Theyre about 15 weeks old. It also gently fights with my two roosters.

Thank you everyone for the replies. Hopefully I can keep him around then as he is very friendly. I got him in with a group of sexed chicks that were supposed to be females only.
