Male or female?

The Mazuri brand is great, but the gamebird starter is 30% protein. Lots of us here do not use feed with that high of a percentage of protein. Also, do you have more pictures of your peahen? I am not sure if she actually is Opal...

I think the hen is suppose to be Indian Blue Split to Opal.

Sorry for butting in here bit can anyone tell me what sex these chicks are

Looks like 3 males and 1 female The one that is on the far right I would like to see a more up close picture just to make sure it is a hen or cock. It's dark and like the other female so I'm thinking it's a female but I want to give the best accurate answer for you. I do see two of your chicks, one of the males and the one I would like to see an up close picture on are Split to White or Pied.

The brown hen is the mother I am new to peacocks and was told she is opal split to india blue and the white one is a blackshoulder....

The one is a BS but it's really bright. The IB hen I could easily believe having Opal in it since it's lighter than my hen and other IB hens I've seen.

That is not an Opal hen, and it does not look like a normal India Blue hen. I am not sure if being split to Opal would alter its coloring in such a way. What do the people here think who have purples?
