I'm on the fence too - no saddle feathers but that comb is awfully big.

Should it hav saddle feathers nowbits abouy 13weeks its 1st time ive owned a chicken so dont really no much still learning alot we have another 1 couple weeks younger wich im assuming a girl its alot diff temprement to older one plus hasnt any wattels or comb yet either

It can... They start popping out about now... But I think you have a slower developing cockerel.

Ive sed from start its slow developing cos baby we have is growin faster than wat this one did but this one was really tiny wen we got it at a few days old

I'm going to agree and say I think it's a slow developing cockerel. Can you post more pictures in a few weeks? If it's a cockerel it'll be more obvious by then.
Whatever the breed or mix it is, it's very pretty

Yea ill try get more in a couple of weeks not sure on breed be nice to no the baby is mainly white has similar colour feathers on the neck tho
