If they are both quacking you have two girls! Males at that age will still make a peeping noise or sometimes they'll whistle.

at the end of the video one of them sounds slightly different, is that a boy or just baby voice? we are hoping for 2 girls (we have 3 boys) so we can keep them separated from the boys and not have to worry about the boy hurting the girls

I only hear two females in the video, the last part sounded like the females peeping, which they will still do occasionally until they get older. If a quack comes out of one it's a female. Males will never quack.
