Male or female?

Hi again!
I am new to raising ducks and right now we have two 19 week old ducks-one pekin and one Rouen. The Rouen has this really loud quack but the pekin is quieter. I'm not sure of she's a male or female. She(or he) doesn't have a drake feather or anything but I'm attaching a video of its quack and can somebody please let me now if it's a drake or a duck please?

Ok thank you! Wasn't totally sure because I was watching some video with female Pekins having a much louder quack.
