Comb and wattle development & redness.
Cockerel-specific feathering. (these photos are pretty blurry, so I cannot make out if he has cockerel specific feathering; generally, we look for pointed saddle feathers, while pullets have rounded).
Can you take some clear, side-view photos of him, so I can point out the saddle feathers to you?

He should be beginning to crow any day now.
