Pullet. Barring should be white bars across the feathers. The black markings are neat (will probably molt out, along with the white tips) but I'd say it's an expression of the pattern gene, not barring.

I think he/she is asking because they look pointy. Those are fine! The pointy saddle feathers that people refer to are quite different from that.
