Male or Female?

I am just wondering if somebody can tell me if this IB is a male of female. I am leaning more towards female. What do you think?

The IB behind it (the lower pic) is a male i think?

I would say she is female, because her feathers only have a single bar on the tips. The male in the backrgound, by comparison, has multi-barred back feathers.
