Male or female?

Hi everyone, so my Pekin duck bubbles I think is a male but cannot be too sure. He doesn't quack he has more of a whistle so that was my first thought he's a male. But is there any other way I can tell if he's for surely a male?

He is about 3 and a half months.

I don't know at what age but most males will get a drake feather. A curly tail feather.

ETA: Around 16 weeks males start to get a drake feather.
