What breed turkey do you have?

I want to say "bronze" but I'm not completely sure

I have 5 bronze turkeys. I have at lest one male but the others we are not sure of. Would like to know what the others are.

I can clearly see the snood development on the male, since I see no others, they must be hens, if you had more than one Tom there would be lots of displaying and gobbling by now.

so if there were more than the one male both would be puffing out and strutting around.?

Mine start it pretty young, some are a few days, most start about 2-3 months, mine only do it when the adults are out. Have you tried gobbling to them, the male should be starting, for some reason ours like construction sounds, hammering and drills.
