Male Pekin duck having issues using left leg

Hello everyone! I am looking for some advice for my male duck having issues walking. This started on Monday (8-3) when I let them out of the coop. I put them in the coop the previous night and he was perfectly fine. He shares the coop with 1 white goose, his female duck, and 11 roosting hens. The next morning I let them out and he was limping. He has spent the last 3 days in the pen, away from the everything. He is eating and drinking and will move himself around. I picked him up and tried finding something wrong, such as a cut, swelling, or anything wrong with the leg or foot but did not find anything. They are free range and have access to 3 acres of land so they do eat a variety of things. He is a healthy, full sized Pekin duck so I'm unsure if he does not want to put weight on it with him being a much larger breed. When he does get up, he doesn't want to put a lot on that leg but will still extend it out. Just don't want to let it heal wrong, as he will have issues for the rest of this life. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. If it continues, we will be taking him to the vet. I do not want him suffering.

Being a Pekin he already has a mark against him since they area heavy breed and tend to have leg issues. I don't have this breed but how old is your drake? Is it possible the goose may have been chasing him? My drake will not let my gander come near where he is an chases him off often. Did you ever give any niacin supplement to your birds?
@Isaac 0 has Pekins maybe he can give you some advise as what to do. Do you give him time in the pool we call it water therapy. You just have to make sure he can get in an out safely or with your help.

How bad is the limp, could you upload a video of him walking (or trying to) to a video platform like Youtube or Vimeo, and copy/paste the link here?

Overnight limping is almost always an injury of sort.

In my opinion, rest is the most imperative part of treatment, that's not to say letting him soak in Epsom salts water (Water therapy) once every few days is a bad idea because it's not, but you don't want him re-injuring the leg, so make sure his pen is soft padded and free of things he may trip on.

In addition to the above, you administer B vitamins for leg health, and or, dissolve one 325mg aspirin in one gallon of his drinking water.

Hello! I did dig about a foot and a half and placed the pool we have down in it. He will not go in it and I don't want to force him or walk behind him to get him to get into it. Both the goose and the female got into it about 30 minutes later. My husband has pictures he will send to me so I can upload. I will also get a video to post as well. He did start fanning his foot out more yesterday (8-5). I am also getting supplements for him.

I dug a small hole and put the pool into it so he does not have to struggle to get into it. He has not used it and I can't seem to get him to get into it. The female duck and goose both were in it. I will get the Niacin supplement and the aspirin thing would help with any pain. Thank you so much!!
