I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but 15 dollars is a LOT for regular coturnix. I have never bought any more expensive than 4 dollars, and I have bought as low as 2 dollars before. I would check craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and call your local feed/hardware stores, and ask them If anyone is selling.

I live in Australia and as I said before very very high demand here people are selling eggs for $10 a dozen
