Males fighting again

Hi, a bevy of 11 quails just turned 8 weeks old. I found two males injured, like almost killed. Moved them to another cage. Which male/s should be kept for breeding and which for eating?

I'd prefer the largest not the mist aggressive if possible. I'd have to weigh them to be sure.
