males mounting another male

We have 4 males and 2 females (looking for more) well one male is locked up with a 2 year and a 3 year old female, and 3 males run around the property well they don't fight but there is a male that chases him with his tail up and tries to mount him he is missing feathers on the back of his neck just wondering why its happening and how to stop it!

3 Roos together will cause all sorts of weirdness

as only one roo is alpha the rest as just his harem

Mounting is sometimes done by dominant hens as well. This "cry uncle" kind of thing is a rough form of imposed dominance.

And yes, your ratio is way, way off for flock harmony.
