Have some shipped silky eggs and some appear to have malformed air sacks but appear otherwise to be developing...any ideas on how to help air sac to be in a proper position?

Well, ideally, it's best to have the eggs incubate the first few days with the fat side up to help "fix" the air cells back into proper position. At day 8 though, I'm not sure that there's much you can do to move them.

If it's any consolation, I had a shipped egg incubation where most of the air cells were really jacked up, and the chicks popped out just fine.

As you can see, the air cell went all the way up the side of the egg. Chick hatched fine though.

Thats pretty much what they look like! I have them in a Brisnia Mini w a turner and have the large side in...but have since taken the turner out and put them in little egg cartons to see if that will make it adjust any. It appears that one may have adjusted some.
