Malformed Just-Hatched Chick

My chicks have just hatched, and when I opened up the incubator to photograph them, I saw this fluid filled bubble on its rear end. The vent is not covered by the bubble, but I am concerned about what this means. Help please!

That's the yolk sack that hasn't been fully absorbed.
Please put the chick back extremely carefully and leave it alone completely.
It`s a very fragile process that doesn't allow for picking up or even taking pictures.
