Mallard Drake puts head down and quack squeaks?

Hey guys I have a 5 month old Mallard that like to swim with us. Anyways lately he puffs his head all up the kinda kicks his legs puts his head kinda down and squeaks and the shows off some more. Is this normal behavior?
