Mallard Duck egg help!

These are mallard duck eggs which we rescued as the fox killed the mother duck, we are trying to Incubate them without an incubator in our utility, this is one of the eggs is this egg alive? Please help!

We have 10 eggs, and we don't really know what to do, they are in our utility which is quite warm but we don't know what temp it needs to be, what temp do they need to be at? Would you have any idea of what stage they are at from looking at them?

Our utility is around 24 degrees ATM and they have been in here for 2 days, should we get an incubator? As If they are still alive would this be worth it?
 
Thank you for your help, how long can they be kept in the utility at around 25 degrees?
 
I don't know if we will be able to get an incubator in time if they will only last a few more hours? They have been in here for 2 days so far.
