Mallard ducklings question

The Ducklings to me almost look like mini Appleyard.....

I guess I'm trying to know for sure that they aren't mules from the muscovy...I wouldn't think so as the mallard pair were always in hiding somewhere LOL but there surly has to be a way to know for sure...again.... the bill looks different.

They sure could be Mallard/Muscovy crosses.

At this point they could be anything if the parents are not pure or if the Muscovy did breed her...?....

But not on my farm. A few months ago she laid eggs and they all were dead. This is her second time (I have had them for a little over a year)

A small bantam breed of Duck and the Drakes have green heads like a Mallard but have white bodies with spots if brown ...The Ducklings are yellow with dark points on the tail and the head and faint eye stripes...
