Mallard Ducks

Hi everyone! Could use some help on a trio of adult Mallard ducks I have. One male and two females to be exact and well they lay eggs galore but not once have they tried to hatch ANY of their eggs. What gives? Im pretty new to ducks and I have always had chickens. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

How old are they?

Some ducks just never go broody, but that's unusual for Mallards.

They will be a year old in June.
