Mallard Hen with Broken/Dislocated Wing

This mallard hen showed up this morning with a clearly injured wing; she is in a large enclosure with my flock of 22 other female ducks. She can't fly at all and she can't seem to keep her wing in place, it just drags along the ground, making me think it is dislocated. I have no idea how she got injured, but I'm more than happy to rehab her as we do that with many other injured birds. I'm working to get her to our avian vet on Friday. I've never dealt with an injury like this and am wondering what I can do in the meantime to make her more comfortable. Any ideas?

The best think to do would be to take her to a wildlife rehabber or a vet today because that wing needs to be dealt with today. If you can't that you could try wrapping it yourself.
