I am new to ducks, in the middle of a big learning curve
I have a duck that looks like a Mallard but came to me with a family of Muscovy's. He is big with thick legs and mates with the Muscovy's and now some of the Muscovy ducklings have short tails. Could he be a fertile Moulard ?
He's a big tough bird that bosses even the Muscovy males around. I had a small albino Mallard that he drowned trying to mate with her. He is best pals with a Mallard female and they go everywhere together but haven't nested.
Thanks.
