Mallard pair nesting in my backyard!need advice

for a week now, a mallard pair hasn’t been in my yard all day (its mating season) and they eat the scratch n peck feed that my chickens make a mess with..they are starting to nest, but I know it’s too late to make them go away so if they have ducklings, they won’t drown in my pool...the ducks swim and drink from my poool...any advice?

They’ll be fine. Ducklings can swim from birth.
