malnourisment?

I am writing an evaluation paper in college on how to pick the best laying hen. (I just can't bring myself to evaluate a "normal" topic such as cars or cell phones.) Can anyone tell me the signs of a malnourished hen?

The book "The Chicken Health Handbook" written by Gail Damerow has an excellent chapter on health and nutrition.

This is an excellent book that I think you will find just what you need for your report. It is great reading and I refer to it often (cause I"m old and don't always remember what I read !!!
