Mama duck from our pond died with new born chicks and eggs. I have in house with heat lamp. What else should I do?

I had a crested head duck from our pond die and she has new born chicks and eggs. I brought them into house in box with towel and heat

I have a heat lamp over them in my bathroom for now and someone is bringing a heater they used for ducks that were a few days old. I am going to try and find a incubator for the eggs. They seem warm now. I just do not know how long the eggs could last being cold before I found them. She must have been attacked during the night. chicks were cold and eggs were cold . How long can they last be cold? Another is hatching now

You may be lucky and the cold not harmed them, but the eggs need to be humid and not dry out under the heat lamp. Can you expedite the arrival of the incubator?
Maybe rest the eggs on a damp towel and turn them over every now and then. I woukd also cover with light cloth so that they don't get direct radiant heat from the lamp just the warm air generated by the lamp
